The Products

The option in the pre-bundled package seems to be limited. Are there any other options for me to look at?
Yes, we will be at your service working together with you on a curated box of gifts that represent you or your company to spread the spark of happiness.

Are we allowed to leave a note together with the gift?
Yes, we would encourage you to share with us if you have a note or letter to be included in your gift box.

How long would it take for me to arrange a curated gift box?
Once we passed the proposing and planning stage, we will require 14 working days of execution before the delivery date. However, this will also subject to the availability of the stock in the market.

What are the charges for a curated gift box or gift concierge service?
Subject to the cost of the content in the gift box, coordination & service fee will start from RM150 per box onwards.

Is your product Halal certified?
For any gift box with Halal requirement, we will work closely with our Halal Certified vendors. Our company does not provide any Halal Certification under the name of M.A.P Gift Services.

Order and Shipping

Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity.

Can I arrange the gift to arrive on a specific date?
Sure, that can be arranged with advance notification referring to our notice period of 7 working days in advance.

Can I still make changes on the gift box and delivery address after I’ve confirmed my order?
Yes, changes on delivery address can still be made 2 working days before the actual delivery date.

How long of a notice period is needed for my order?
A pre-bundle gift box will require an advance notification of 7 working days while a curated gift box will require 14 working days. Please take note that this will also be subject to a full pre-payment to be settled before the delivery date, while certain items in the gift box may also be subject to stock availability. To ensure we can serve you at our level best, we’ll be happy to work closely with you on the arrangement.

What will the process be for a curated box of gifts?
Once we receive your inquiry, our team member will be getting in touch with you in order to obtain detailed information before we send over a “Work Order” explaining the content in the box together with the price. Upon receiving confirmation on the “Work Order” with signature, we will then proceed to arrange a pro-forma invoice.

What is the procedure for me to confirm my order when I use your Concierge Service?
Upon receiving the pro-forma invoice and prepayment schedule from our team. We’ll require the prepayment to be fulfilled prior to us making orders with each vendor on the items required in the gift box. All customise services are only deem confirmed upon receiving 100% prepayment.

What if I want to make changes on the items after confirming the “Work Order”?
We understand changes are inevitable at certain times, for any changes on the items, we will still be able to adapt it prior to any final prepayment. However, once prepayment had been made, changes may be subject to availability and additional charges on top of the original fee.

Would it be possible for me to have my own preferred items/ snacks to be included in the gift box?
Yes, we are open to work with any vendor recommended and introduced by you.

Do you charge for delivery services?
Yes, we do. Additional charges may occur during the arrangement according to the delivery location.

Do you deliver out of the Klang Valley area?
Certainly, we can work on delivery within Klang Valley with runner services and courier services for other states within Malaysia. However, do take note there might be additional cost occurring for the arrangement, this may also affect the gift box arrival time. At the same time, certain food & beverages products are also not suitable to undergo long hours delivery arrangements for safety reasons. Please discuss with our team on this as we’ll be happy to work with you on the arrangement.

Can I arrange for a self-collection?
Yes, do let us know if you’ll prefer to arrange for a self-collection for your gift box.

Refund Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Products and packaging may shift in transport and this is not considered a damage or defect. If 2 days have gone by since you have received your item, we remain the right of not offering a refund or exchange for damaged items. Due to the perishable and sometimes seasonal nature of many of the products we carry, we reserve the right to make substitutions of items of equal or greater value as necessary to ensure timely delivery or exchange of your gifts.
